The process of modernization of the historical science of Kazakhstan launched the meeting held under the direction of Secretary of State of Kazakhstan M.Tazhin . This opinion today during an online conference on "New approaches to the study of national history of Kazakhstan" was expressed by Director of the Institute of History of the State Committee of Science of RK Burkitbay Ayagan , reports BNews.kz.
" The meeting with Tajin on national stories - it was a welcome event . The problem is that the modern world is rapidly moving . And the concepts, approaches and tools are updated historical schools not only in Kazakhstan . In Kazakhstan, the problem has been aggravated by the fact that in the Soviet period, we stuck to the Marxist -Leninist direction. Experience has shown that it is too narrow and does not meet modern requirements. The meeting under the direction of Secretary of State M.Tazhin was a turning point. As far as I know , the head of state was also concerned that the historical science of Kazakhstan today is not entirely adequate, and does not always meet the requirements of modern times. Meeting really was the start of the modernization of the historical science of the republic ", - he said.
According to information provided by B.Ayagan today in Kazakhstan there are 192 doctors of history , 864 candidate of historical sciences, 1786 teachers working in schools and colleges , in universities operate 1,218 teachers of history.
Recall , June 5 this year in Astana, there was the meeting of the Interagency Working Group on the study of national history , chaired by Secretary of State M.Tazhin .
