Early elections are necessary for the modernization of Kazakhstan. Such opinion was delivered by the Vice President, Chamber of Commerce in Autsria Rihard Shents.
Early elections is a good and correct step in the current situation. In the world the economic crisis flourishes, the cost for oil and gas becomes cheaper. And only new parliament can realize all the tasks and plans set by the President. It is necessary for the modernization in Kazakhstan, the further movement and progress of the country.
