New mandate, new legitimacy for the parliament is a good thing, says Ariel Koan.
The Director of the Center of Energetics, natural resources and geopolitics of the Institute of global security in Washington Arial Koan shared the following opinion.
- The situation now in the whole world is not simple, the prices for the raw material fell sharply, and crisis captured everyone, Russia, Kazakhstan, Brazil, South Africa, the currency fell in all the countries. Thus, new mandate, legitimacy is, certainly, good, but also depends on how it is conducted. I myself was the observer in Kazakhstan and saw how literally they are carried out.
That’s why, one should not fear, stop on the achieved things, Kazakhstan once upon the time will enter the number of the most developed countries in the world.
