The memorial plaque of the popular writer K. Myrzaliev was installed in Almaty, reports inform.kz

 “Kadir Myrzaliev is a laureate of the State Prize, poet, without which it is impossible to imagine the modern Kazakh poetry.The Works of Kadir Ginayatovich are full of true patriotism, they loved by the people and will live forever” – said at the opening ceremony of thememorial plaque, akim of Almaty Akhmetzhan Yesimov

Kadir Myrzaliev is an author of more than 50 books of poetry, literary criticism and children's books, as well as of the texts of over 200 songs. Many of his poems have been translated into Russian, English, French, Finnish, Lithuanian, Kyrgyz, Tatar and other world languages.

The Memorial plaque was mounted on the wall of the house number 163 on the Zhambyl Street, where in 1971-1992 K. Myrzaliev lived and worked.
