There are several great personalities in the human history, who left their mark by their creative deeds. Not those who started cruel wars trying to create civilizations with the help of weapons, but those who managed to gain respect in the world thanks to their wisdom, knowledge and outstanding foresight. The international community recognizes the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev to be one of such personalities.
The documentary film “Nazarbayev and the Turkic world” contains interesting facts and deep thoughts of outstanding figures of the modernity exposing to the full the role of the President in the Turkic world. The film is a joint project of a Teleradiocomplex of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Turkish cooperation and development Agency under the Government of Turkey (TİKA). The film was shot in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tatarstan, Turkey. The author of the idea is the Office Head of the President of Kazakhstan Mahmud Kasymbekov.
“Today we represent different states, but there are personalities among us who want to unite the whole Turkic nation. This documentary movie is about one of such people who is famous in the whole Turkic world. Nursultan Abishevich has been laying emphasis on the unity of the Turkic world since the first day of the independence”, - interim director of the SI “Nazarbayev Center” Mahmud Kasymbekov said during the presentation.
In his turn the vice-president of the Turkish cooperation and development Agency under the Government of Turkey (TİKA) Mehmet Süreyya Er noted that this film would become a great contribution to strengthening and maintenance of the Turkic history.
“We are implementing projects aimed at preservation of the common history and culture, and lay great emphasis on social cooperation. Thanks to this project we’ve familiarized the Turkic world with honorary Nursultan Nazarbayev and his work. Together with the Teleradiocomplex of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan we’ve prepared it in Kazakh, Turkish and English languages. I think this film is of great importance for our history”, - noted he.
Kazakhstani people can watch this film on official channels. This evening the film “Nazarbayev and the Turkic world” is translated on “Kazakhstan” channel at 19.50, and on “Khabar” at 20.30.
