The miniature design was developed by Kazakhstan’s design academy «Kazgor», which project won in the opened republican architectural competition among 26 introduced works. The central main prayer hall is a dihexagon (12 angles). It is capped by dome, which is 40 metres high, constructed on sides of 12-angles basis and framed by graceful pylons which tops form another one dome which is 63 metres high. The Mosque is able to host five thousand worshippers.
