April 1, 1921 was formed an independent province of Kustanai from the old Kustanai townships of the county and the county of the Orsk Orenburg- Turgay province of seven districts - Adamovsky (12 counties), Borowskoi (10) townships, Denisovskoi (15 counties) , Kostanay (11 counties) Semiozerny (5 counties), Fedorovsk (21 county) and Vsesvyatsky (9 counties) district, which was passed on April 27, 1921 from Akmola province (approved by the Central Executive Committee December 8, 1921) . May 26, 1921 from Orenburg - Turgay province was handed Turgay district (15 counties). November 27, 1923, he transferred to the province of Aktobe (CEC approved the Kazakh ASSR February 26, 1924).
