The union of composers was organized by the initiative of seven composers: Evgeniy Brusilovsky, Akhmet Zhubanov, Mukan Tulebayev, Vasily Velikanov, Latif Hamidi, Boris Erzakovich, Sergey Shabelsky at the time of whom 90% of the works from all written for the last 77 years were created.
