State program "Cultural Heritage", which is planned for 2004-2006, was signed by the President of Kazakhstan on January 13, 2004. The state program was adopted for the development of spiritual and educational sphere, providing the safety and effective use of the cultural heritage of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
