In 1917 the I Kirghiz congress held in Orenburg made a decision to create "Alash party"
The Party’s main goals were autonomy for Kazakhs based on the principles of equality with other nations, establishment of troops for the protection of Kazakh people and solution of agrarian problem.

In 1958 the Kazakh symphonic orchestra was created
58 years ago the Kazakh symphonic orchestra, the State symphonic orchestra nowadays, leaded by People’s Artist Tolepbergen Abdrashev was created.
