М.Kimyagarov: Early parliamentarian elections will allow Kazakhstan to strengthen and save stability.
As the public figure, chairman of the Culture Centre of natives from Central Asia, member of the Union of writers of Israel Mordechai Kimyagarov thinks that it is done correctly that the early parliamentarian elections are conducted. It is done because Kazakhstan has the great strategic plans. In the period of the world economic crisis, Kazakhstan is on the move and courageously looks in the future. And they do it correctly that in the spring the administrative events are planned to be carried out to fulfill the tasks that are put before the country by the new staff.
