July 14, 2009, the President of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev signed the Decree № 846 «On B. Ospanova», the Decree № 847 «On appointment B. Isabaev as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Kyrgyzstan» and the Decree № 848 «On awarding mothers of large family with suspension «Altyn Alka».
