By January 1913 he had visited Poland, Austria-Hungary, Yugoslavia, Bulgaria, Turkey, Syria, Palestine, Egypt, Abyssinia, Arabiya, Mesopotamia, Persia, India, Siam, China and Japan. Jangildin Alibi Togzhanovich (1884-1953) is a statesman and Party worker, one of the organizers of the fight for the establishment of the Soviet power in Kazakhstan. He was was native of Jangeldinsky district of Kostanay region (modern name). He graduated Torgay Professional College, Kostanay Russian-Kazakh College, Orenburg Religious College and studied at Kazan Teacher’s Seminary. A district in Kostanay region, settlements, streets and schools aare named after him. There are several works of literature and film about him. The monuments in his honor were placed in Almaty, Aktubinsk and Torgay.
