On January 6 2010, the special artistic stamp dedicated to the chairmanship of our country in the OSCE was put in a post circulation by the JSC “Kazpost”. The gala cancelation of the postage stamp was held in Almaty and it was attended by the Chairman of the Board of JSC "Kazpost" Dauren Moldagaliev and advisor from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Janat Zakieva. This event is the next step after the introduction of the special notes and after opening the official website dedicated to the OSCE chairmanship. Kazakhstan took over as the chairman of the OSCE on January 1, 2010. The mark of the stamp was made with the use of photo-offset method in four colors, comb perforation, the nominal is 230 tenge. The artist is Daniyar Mukhamedjanov.
