The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev signed the Law RK "On ratification of the Agreement among the Governments of of Shanghai Organization of Cooperation member States and mutual assistance in the area of customs" as of 5 January 2009 № 119-IV LRK. "To ratify the Agreement among the Governments of of Shanghai Organization of Cooperation member States and mutual assistance in the area of customs signed in Tashkent on 2 November 2007".
