On January 4 2013, the President Nursultan Nazarbayev signed the Law "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on optimization and automation of socially important public services”. The main aim of the Act is the legal consolidation of the possibility of providing the socially important public services in electronic form or through the public service centers, as well as the optimization of the processes of providing of such services in the electronic form.
