Publishers — spouses Kolbay and Mariyam Togusovy. Authors of the first publications — N. Kulzhanova, G. Zhanaydarov, H.Gabbasov, Zh. Akbayev, M. Auezov, S. Toraygyrov, etc. They wrote about a difficult situation of the Kazakh peasantry, about female lawlessness, about need of education, etc. After release of 50 numbers, in May, 1917, the newspaper stopped the existence.
