Earlier was concluded the 4-party Contract on intentions in the extraction of Kazakhstan technical silicon. In the Contract participated German company “Photovoltaic Holding”, Kazakh national technical University named after K.Satpayev, LLC “IZRK” and LLC “Karatas-Abad”.
