87 years ago on the basis of newspaper “Kazakh aieli” (“Kazakh woman”) and “Tendik” (“Equality”) was established socio-political, literary and art magazine “Kazakhstan aielderi” (“Women of Kazakhstan”). From January 1926 it had been released under the title “Aiel tendigi” (“Equality of woman”). From 1935 to 1941 and from 1950 to 1954 — “Stalin’s way”; From 1955 — “Women of Kazakhstan”. The main topics of this magazine are problems in family and home, education of youth. It was awarded with the Order “Badge of Honor”.
