Astana hosted a rally in memory of missing persons after the Great Patriotic War

Over thirty students of the secondary schools wearing the military uniform took part in the rally in memory of those who disappeared after the Great Patriotic War. They walked along Pobeda Street to the square in front of the central railway station. This march became the historical reconstruction of the farewell ceremony for the 310th, 387th and 29th Infantry Divisions which were established in Akmolinsk.

After the march of infantry and cavalry units, the relatives of the missing persons were awarded badges of honour "For War Merits".
