If a nation does not know its history, if the country loses its history, then its citizens have nowhere to go.

It is profoundly symbolic that the successive Presidential Address to the People of Kazakhstan with proposals for the redistribution of powers between the branches of power and the Message on the Third State Modernization became the main components of the political, social and economic content of our society, are interrelated and complement each other, defining the guidelines of the forward movement, the strategic vector for the further development of the country.

In general, it is already possible to say with certainty today that the Law on Constitutional Reforms passed by Parliament and the Message "The Third Modernization: Global Competitiveness" are a guide to action for power structures and people, and the achievement of the goals will strengthen Kazakhstan's position in the political and socio-economic Plan.

The nationwide discussion of the presidential Program of constitutional reforms allowed Kazakhstanis to become direct participants in the most important historical event - the formation of the constitutional and legal model of Kazakhstan.

Active participation of the population and a wide range of proposals speak of the high degree of citizenship of our society.

The discussion of the program of constitutional reforms proposed by the Head of State came to an end, all proposals and comments received from the population, and there were about 6,000 of it, according to the latest information, were considered by the working commission under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, taken into account and submitted for consideration The Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The law "On Amendments and Additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan" was adopted.

Akmola regional branch of the party organized and conducted more than 2.5 thousand meetings and various events with the population of the region during the discussion and explanation of the proposed constitutional reform, mobilizing activists and supporters of the party, experts, political scientists, sociologists and deputies during February.

The active participation of young people, pensioners, and representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, agricultural producers and other social strata of the population was evidence of high social activity and political maturity of the population, its interest in further deepening of democratic processes and providing conditions for the implementation of a new model of Kazakhstan's economic growth.

The paradigm of issues ranging from the employment of the population in the context of the introduction of high-tech industries, and up to the size of pensions and benefits for the socially vulnerable segments of the population, the quality of educational and medical services in the reform of these areas - all this was the content of the meetings.

During the events, proposals were submitted to the draft law under discussion related to the elections of the deputies of the Majilis and the Senate, with the elections of akims of rural districts, as well as coordination of the work of the Parliament and local representative bodies.

With all the variety of proposals received, it is worth noting the general mood of the region's residents to support the package of proposed constitutional amendments, the conviction of the importance and relevance of the forthcoming reforms.

The decision of the Head of State N.A. Nazarbayev, considered at a joint session of the Chambers of Parliament, is another vivid proof of the wisdom of Elbasy, the Leader of our party, the inviolability of his strategic course for the development of the country, the development and implementation of democratic processes.
