I express to your Excellency and in your person to the people of Kazakhstan from myself personally and on behalf of the Turkish people of a congratulation and the most good wishes on the occasion of the first anniversary of independence.

Using this opportunity, I want to express confidence that taken the worthy place in the world Kazakhstan, being the sovereign state, will strengthen the independence and will quickly progress under your high management within the democratic and civilized principles.

I wish to your Excellency and fraternal people of Kazakhstan of happiness and wellbeing.
