Indoor stadium allows sportsmen to practice both in summer and winter; it meets all requirements of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA). Football ground with artificial grass cover complies with standards of the Fédération internationale de football association (FIFA) and the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA). The place under the Northern-South tribunes is projected to be indoor sports facilities, used for such sports as fight, boxing, artistic gymnastics, judo and karate. The stadium’s roof could be pulled out in 20 minutes. It’s equipped by TV nets with satellite and wave antennas, wave radio broadcast, sound reinforcement with simultaneous translation in meeting halls, halls for press-conferences, core-board and rooms for TV and radio commentators. The tribunes are place in two levels: 16 thousand people at the lower level and 14 thousand — at the upper level with VIP-zones between them in Western part.
