Joint Stock Company "State Social Insurance Fund" (hereinafter - the Fund) was established in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 27, 2004 № 237 "On the establishment of joint stock company" National Social Security Fund " with the absolute state participation in its authorized capital. The authorized capital of the Fund is generated with the money from the national budget and it is equal to forty-five million nine hundred fifty thousand tenge. The increasing of the authorized capital of the Fund may be effected by a decision of the sole shareholder or the court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. I am". The fund was officially registered on April 21, 2004 as a legal entity (certificate of registration №16157-1901-JSC). The right of ownership and the use of the state package of shares of fund was transferred to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the Acceptance and Transfer Certificate dated June 1, 2004 №10. The amount of the issue of shares with a par value of 1 000 ( one thousand ) tenge is 45 950 thousand tenge, The amount of issue of shares with a par value of 1 000 (one thousand) tenge is equal to 45 950 thousand tenge, with authorized capital of 45 950 thousand. The number of shares issued is 45,950 common shares, they were assigned with the national identification number KZ1C51240014, the form of issue is non-documentary. Issue of shares is fully paid, the fund has no unplaced shares. Founder of the Fund is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, represented by the Committee for State Property and Privatization.
