The president Nazarbayev is one of exemplary leaders in the world in questions of non-proliferation and nuclear safety. Kazakhstan is a fine example of how the country can refuse the nuclear weapon and reach bigger safety and economic prosperity.
Having refused the nuclear weapon, Kazakhstan citizens received safety guarantees from all states of the region, and it helped to make Kazakhstan one of the stablest countries in the region.
Having refused the nuclear weapon, Kazakhstan turned from the country which could appear in isolation, to the country which is open for the international economy and attracts the foreign capital.
