The session of the Council of Heads of State and Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States was held on February 10, 1995. The issues of collective security, the creation of border and the CIS peacekeeping forces were discussed during the session. Adopted the Memorandum on maintaining the peace and stability in the Commonwealth of Independent States. On the meeting of the presidents N. Nazarbayev, A. Akayev and I. Karimov, which was held on the same day, were discussed the questions on the realization of the agreements that were concluded between three countries and aimed on the creation of a single economic space. The reports of the Executive Committee of the Interstate Council of the three countries, the Board of the Central Bank of cooperation and development as well as the management of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea, were examined. The Heads of State of the three Central Asian Republics signed an agreement on the Interstate Council and its institutes, approved the provisions on the council of the Prime Ministers and the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
According to the resolution of the Presidium of the Executive Committee of the Karaganda dated February 10, 1935, on the basis of the decree of the Presidium of the Kazakh Central Executive Committee dated January 9, 1935, approved the new structure of the Tonkereysk district, which consisted of the following local councils: Goloschekinsk, Gorodetsk, Dmitrievsk, Yesilsk, Zhaltyrsk, Isaevsk, Kenesovsk, Konovalovsk, Kreshensk, Marevsk, Nizhne-Burluksk, Semipolsk, Sergeyevsk, Steppe. Center is the village Marievka.
